LGSF - The light gauge steel frame system
The light gauge steel frame (LGSF) system – an innovative solution that allows within a short period of time to construct a durable and robust building.
We exclusively use high-quality structural steel with a yield strength ranging from 350 to 550 MPa, coated with a protective zinc layer. The steel density is up to 275 grams per square meter, and a special perforation technology ensures corrosion protection for the house.
INOFORT houses walls
In the construction of the house, we also integrate multilayer PIR (polyisocyanurate) panels, which are non-flammable (fire resistance rating of EI30) and exhibit twice the thermal resistance compared to polystyrene foam or mineral wool. For wall insulation, we use 120 mm. thick panels (thermal resistance coefficient of 0.18), and for the roof, we use 180 mm. thick panels (thermal resistance coefficient of 0.12). Therefore, there is no need for additional insulation for the house, and we can create thinner walls and allocate more space for your home environment.
